You don't have to do this alone. My approach has helped many families get relief.
Get Acquainted – The first step is a 30 -minute complimentary call to discover if we are a good coaching fit.
1st Session – The first individual session is a 60–90-minute call to plan a vision for yourself and one for your family. Three-month goals will be developed. First weekly goals will be created and you will be on your way!
Weekly sessions will be scheduled for three months. Sessions are one hour in length. Using your strengths, values and previous successes you will build resilience as a mother and woman to turn life from chaos to calm. Draw a new map of your life!
At the end of the three months, you move to maintenance, join group coaching or check-in as needed via office hours.

Chaos to Calm
As a Family Recovery Coach, I work with you to create a calm, non-judgemental environment for you, your family and your loved one who is suffering from substance use disorder(s). Together we will build a sane, productiveand healthy life for you!
We meet once a week for one hour to discuss your needs, commitments, and goals. Building on what is working well in your life while trouble shooting how we can change what is not working. between sessions we continue our conversation via email and text.
